Junior HR

In collaboration with the HR Manager, Ksenia Security S.p.A. is looking for a Junior HR with the objective to support the current recruiting activity for the new positions required.

• His/Her role will be to implement the whole employee onboarding process according to the company’s standards;
• He/She will be responsible to identify the different training programs aiming to increase the personnel performances in the different departments.

Completing the profile:

• Knowledge of the English language (C1/C2 level);
• Specific educational qualification and/or relevant experience;
• Preferred knowledge of another foreign language (French, German or Spanish).

Presence in our HQ in Ripatransone (AP) is required.
