As resident Commercial Business Developer, your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Analysis of the market demand and the relevant distribution channels
  • Identify potential customers, contact them and create new business opportunities by setting up new distributors specialized in Security & Smart Home applications
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses and product portfolio and be able to promote it properly
  • Participate in trade shows in the DACH region

Required profile:

  • Technical/commercial background with a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience mainly in oriented to the distribution market of goods and/or services
  • Business acumen, perseverance and drive to seek new business and meet/exceed targets
  • Real knowledge of the security and smart home market (preferred)
  • Strong sense of adaptation and conversation at any level
  • Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
  • Decision-making and negotiating skills
  • Available for frequent travel (mainly in DACH, but not only)
  • German mother tongue
  • Written and spoken English (minimum level B2)
