Responsibilities

  • Training and technical support via a platform for distributors and customers, focused on set-up, installation and configuration of security and home automation systems.
  • Technical support to installers by phone or email.
  • Support in development of security and home automation projects based on clients needs.
  • Test and checks on systems to ensure the proper functioning and its effectiveness.
  • Testing and validation of beta versions.
  • Review of technical documentation of devices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or Technical Institute Diploma.
  • Preferred experience in electrical/electronic sector (Electrician, Installer, Programmer)
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 and CAD software.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken, B1/B2 level).
  • Italian mother tongue

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Employment contract: full-time, 40 hours.
Availability: from Monday to Friday, with possible business trips.
Working mode: hybrid (in office and/or remote working).
