Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis to understand user needs, behaviours and desires
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual mockups that represent the interaction between the user and the product
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure design is implemented in line with design expectations and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain user interface guidelines and UX best practices, ensuring the experience is consistent across platforms and devices
  • Help define and improve product strategy through a user-centric and data-driven approach
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and project reviews, providing critical and constructive feedback on design ideas and solutions
  • Monitor the latest trends in UX/UI and ensure projects keep up with industry best practices
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, with an analytical approach to the data collected

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Preferable experience of at least 1-2 years in the role
  • Preferable knowledge of AGILI Methodologies / frameworks: Scrum and Extreme Programming, preferably continuous integration, tdd and pair programming
  • Proficiency in the use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
  • Strong understanding of usability, interaction design and user-centred design principles
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development dynamics (preferred)
  • Proficient in  English language (B1/B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Italian mother tongue

Employment contract: full-time, 40 hours
Availability: from Monday to Friday, with possible business trips
Working mode: hybrid (in office and/or remote working)
