Responsibilities:  

  • Understand Ksenia business and product portfolio
  • Develop new business opportunities and collaborations
  • Participate in trade expo and industry events to expand network
  • Analyse market demand, sales performance and distributions channels
  • Identify potential customers, contact them and create new business opportunities by setting up new distributors specialized in Security & Smart Home applications
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Provide customized technical advice and solutions tailored to customers’ needs, helping them to choose the most suitable products for their needs.

Requirements:

  • Technical/commercial background with experience in sales or sales management roles.
  • Technical diploma, preferably a degree in business management, sales, marketing, IT, engineering (e.g. electrical or mechanical)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience, preferable in the security and home automation market sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes (BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Native Italian speaker

Employment contract: full-time, 40 hours.
Availability: from Monday to Friday, with possible business trips.
