Responsibilities:
- Understand Ksenia business and product portfolio
- Develop new business opportunities and collaborations
- Participate in trade expo and industry events to expand network
- Analyse market demand, sales performance and distributions channels
- Identify potential customers, contact them and create new business opportunities by setting up new distributors specialized in Security & Smart Home applications
- Manage and maintain relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.
- Provide customized technical advice and solutions tailored to customers’ needs, helping them to choose the most suitable products for their needs.
Requirements:
- Technical/commercial background with experience in sales or sales management roles.
- Technical diploma, preferably a degree in business management, sales, marketing, IT, engineering (e.g. electrical or mechanical)
- 2 to 3 years of experience, preferable in the security and home automation market sector
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes (BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Native Italian speaker
