Role :

We are looking for a Business Developer for Home Automation & Security Solutions. The BD will source new sales opportunities and finalize them to achieve the targets. The candidates will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects and increasing revenue by suggesting the right candidates to the Sales Team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in the assigned territory, promote and ultimately configure quotations to prospective customers, i.e.  Dealers and System integrators
  • Achieve agreed upon Contact-targets in the given Territory within schedule
  • Attend meeting, sales events and suggest Marketing and Training Program in the assigned Territory
  • Help Sales in maintaining and expanding accounts database within the assigned territory
  • Keep Sales Director informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly call reports, weekly result of ‘achieved vs. contacted’, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend product changes, additional services, certifications and new sales policy needed by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and target driven  with strong market-orientation
  • Excellent dialectic, fluent communication skills at all level  (at least in English)
  • Very well organized person focused on priorities
  • Ability to create and timely deliver reports based in particular on excel files
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedbacks

Role :
           We are looking for 5 Indipendent Sales Agents for Home Automation & Security Solutions in the 5 above mentioned regions. The Sales            Agents will source new sales opportunities and finalize them to achieve the targets. The candidates will play a key role in increasing                  revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products - technical                support.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, configure quotation and finalize sales of our Home Automation & Security Solutions to existing and prospective customers/system integrators
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings in the assigned territory

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience as Sales Agent in one of these markets: Automation, Security, IT or Electronic in general
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Very well organized person and focused on priorities
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Required Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• A minimum of 2 years experience

• Excellent understanding of object oriented programming with strong skills in JavaScript

• Expert knowledge of data storage solutions - NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus
